This page explains how to delete your Xagio account and the data associated with it, and how to disconnect any third-party account you have linked to Xagio. It applies to data collected through the Xagio website and application, including data obtained through Sign in with Google, Google Drive backups and Facebook Login.
To request deletion of your account and its associated data, contact us at support.xagio.com from the email address on your Xagio account, and ask for account deletion. If you cannot access that email address, tell us which account you are asking about and we will verify your identity before acting.
We confirm receipt of every deletion request and complete verified requests within 30 days.
When your account is deleted we remove:
Some records are retained after deletion where the law requires it, in particular billing and transaction records kept for tax and accounting purposes. These are retained only for as long as the applicable law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
Deletion is permanent. If your account holds website backups or hosted sites you want to keep, download them before requesting deletion.
If you only want to disconnect Google Drive and keep your Xagio account, you can do so in your Xagio backup settings. You can also revoke Xagio’s access directly with Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
When access is revoked we delete the associated tokens and any cached Google data within 30 days. Xagio only ever has access to files it created in your Drive, under the drive.file scope, so no other file in your Drive is affected.
To disconnect Facebook Login, open Facebook and go to Settings › Security and Login › Apps and Websites, find Xagio, and remove it. This stops any further connection between the two accounts.
Removing the app in Facebook does not by itself delete the information already held in your Xagio account. To delete that information, follow the account deletion instructions above.
If you have any question about deleting your data, or you want to know what we hold about you before deciding, contact us at support.xagio.com. You can also read our Privacy Policy for the full description of what we collect and why.
