Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timing:

  • You may cancel your agio software subscription at any time.

Service Continuation

  • Upon cancellation, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Account Downgrade

  • At the conclusion of the billing cycle, the subscription will not be automatically renewed. Instead, the account will be downgraded to a Free Account.

Free Account Features

  • The Free Account will retain access to basic features as defined on our website.

Initiating A Cancellation

Include the following information:

  • Product Purchased
  • Receipt or Transaction
  • ID From Purchase
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason For Cancellation Request.
