We do not use Google AdSense, and we do not serve advertising inside the Xagio application. We do not use Google user data or Facebook user data for advertising of any kind.
California Online Privacy Protection Act
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

Do we let third-parties, including ad networks or plug-ins collect PII from children under 13? No. We do not knowingly permit third parties, including ad networks or plug-ins, to collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 on our site.
Xagio Inc. is a Canadian company and handles personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Some Xagio features use artificial intelligence (for example AI content generation and site building). Inputs you provide to these features (such as keywords, niches, and site details) may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to deliver the requested output. We do not sell your personal information to AI providers, and we do not use your private site data to train publicly available AI models. Data obtained through the Google APIs or the Facebook Login is never sent to third-party AI providers and is never used to develop, improve or train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
When you connect a Google account to Xagio, we request only the scopes required to deliver the specific feature you asked for. We use that data solely to provide and improve the user-facing features of Xagio.
Xagio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we request, and why:
drive.file scope, which grants access only to files that Xagio itself creates in your Drive. This is used solely to store the website backups you ask Xagio to create. Xagio cannot see, read or access any other file in your Google Drive.Specifically:

Xagio offers “Continue with Facebook” as an optional way to create or sign in to your account. If you use it, we request only the public_profile and email permissions, and we receive exactly four pieces of information: your first name, last name, email address and profile picture.
We use that information only to create and authenticate your Xagio account. Specifically:

Fair Information Practices
We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.
