Refund Policy

Xagio Software

  • Initial Plan Purchases: Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial charge.
  • Monthly Recurring Payments: No refunds are provided for monthly recurring payments. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
  • Annual Recurring Payments: Refunds for annual plans are available within 7 days of the most recent charge. We send an email reminder 48 hours prior to your annual renewal to give you time to review your subscription.

Xagio Store

  • xBank XAGS: Refunds for xBank XAGS are available within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of your credits. For example, if 50% of your xBank credits are used, you’ll receive a refund for the remaining 50%.
  • xTemplates: Refunds are not available for xTemplates due to the nature of these products.

Xagio Learn

No refunds. Xagio Learn courses are digital products and easily reproducible. However, if Xagio Learn was included in another purchase and mistakenly charged separately, please contact support for assistance within 14 days of purchase.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, submit a support ticket at https://support.xagio.com with the following information:

  1. Product purchased
  2. Receipt or transaction ID
  3. Date of purchase
  4. Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond promptly.


Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days once approved. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
