Agent X: The AI Website Design Builder For Fully Optimized, Stunning Sites

Table of Contents

Xagio has been rapidly evolving in the last 18 months with revolutionary new features that make SEO processes easier and faster than ever before.

But one area where SEO tools have been struggling to satisfy needs is in combining different tasks into one automated process.

Even though there are loads of different tools that partially take care of things like keyword research, content writing, on-page optimizations, and schema creation, they all require significant user interaction, each step of the way.

AI has certainly made it all easier, but there are still challenges in creating websites using AI.

Let’s start by looking at a few methods of website creation.

3 Ways To Create Websites

Whether you’re building affiliate websites, local business sites, or large informational blogs, there are basically three ways to create a site from scratch.

1 - Manually Do Everything

This is the old school approach. I’ve been involved in marketing for 30 years, and SEO for 15 years. So believe me when I tell you I know what it’s like to build a website from scratch.

You might use a tool to extract competitor keywords, but then you do the analysis and clustering in spreadsheets.

Once you have your keyword research plan in place, it’s time to start writing or hiring writers to create all the content.

Once the content is ready, you have to go and design the website, create images, get everything set up for optimum click-through rates, and post the content.

Then, you have to do on-page optimization for H1, Title, and Description tags.

Oh, and don’t forget to create schema markup for each page as well.

All in all, this is a process that will often take weeks of work, even with a few VAs to help you out.

If you’re still creating websites like this, I think it’s time to wake up to the possibilities that AI provides.

2- Duct-Tape AI Tools

AI has certainly made a lot of SEO tasks easier.

And the last 12 months have shown a huge amount of innovation in using AI to speed up tasks to a hugely scalable level.

Here is what many SEOs do these days to get an AI-generated website up and running.

You probably still use a tool like SEMRush, MOZ, or aHrefs to do keyword research, but you might use ChatGPT or some other AI tool to clean up those keywords.

It’s still a process heavily relying on manual input, but you can probably get keyword research down to a few days for a mid-sized website.

Next, you can use Loveable or Manus to design your website. It takes some time to get your prompts right and ultimately end up with a sleek website.

The main difficulty is that you need to come up with new prompts for every type of website design you want.

Here’s what I mean.

The design for a local plumber, limousine hire, and affiliate websites will all need to be different, and you need to instruct the AI with exactly what you want.

It’s cheaper than hiring a designer, and probably faster as well.

But it’s not a hands-off process.

Now it’s time to generate content using AI.

When ChatGPT first came out, people were ecstatic about the potential, and I saw countless people simply pump out content created with a bare minimum prompt input.

The reality quickly dawned that you need to put some effort into prompting AI to get high-quality content.

So, there’s still manual work involved, and then you have to copy and paste the generated content into WordPress.

Finally, you might use ChatGPT to create schema code and meta optimization text for all of your pages.

Again, you’ll be copying and pasting the output manually.

I call this approach the duct-tape AI website builder. It’s faster and cheaper than manual processes, but it still leaves plenty to be desired.

Oh, and let’s take a look at the costs.

All those tools, plugins, and services you need to patch everything together will easily cost $200 to $500 a month.

But there is a third way to do this.

3 - Fully Automated Website Builder

Ever since the start of the real AI revolution in 2023, I have kept running into the same issue.

I managed to automate different tasks in my SEO process, but ultimately had to manually piece them all together (see the previous section for details).

What I was looking for was a solution where I enter some basic information about my target keyword, and then the software would do the keyword research, cluster keywords into groups for pages, design the layout, add content, optimize the meta tags, and add schema.

Yeah, quite a lot to ask for.

But Xagio was already doing all those individual steps one by one. Surely it couldn’t be that difficult to piece it all together?

Well, as it turns out, it is quite difficult, but it was a challenge that the Xagio development team decided to take on.

And man, did they deliver.

I’ll show you shortly what it does and how insanely fast, easy, and cheap it is to create a fully optimized website.

First, I want to address one major definition.

What Is an AI-Powered Website Builder?

An AI-powered website builder is a software tool that automates a lot of the manual work of designing and creating a website.

There have always been templates and themes in WordPress that make visual design and layout easier.

But they really don’t fully automate the process.

There have also been so-called free AI website builder tools like Wix and Shopify. However, they are pretty basic in nature and mainly focus on getting some basic visual design set up.

They certainly fall way short when it comes to a lot of the technical and SEO stuff that you need to consider for a website.

More on that shortly.

A true AI website builder would be a tool that takes you all the way from keyword research to a fully optimized website with minimum input from the user.

Kind of like telling an SEO agency team what you want and then checking back with them after a few days to see what they’ve created.

But without having an actual team of humans.

The Challenge Most Website Builders Miss

I spent many hours researching and testing different AI website tools, and they all had a common issue.

Your typical AI website design generator might work great to set up nice-looking pages, even with text and images. But they completely ignore SEO tasks and don’t go through proper keyword research.

And here’s a reality check for some readers.

You could have the most beautifully designed website, but it’ll rank absolutely nowhere if you don’t have a solid keyword research foundation and essential SEO completed.

You often end up with a site that is slow to load, lacks meta optimization, has no schema implemented, and doesn’t even contain content optimized for your keywords.

So, I really only had one option: Create the world’s first and best AI website builder that does SEO and design.

Let’s take a look.

Meet Xagio’s Agent X: Built for SEO & Design

As I mentioned above, I challenged my development team to come up with a software that combines a load of things that Xagio already does really well:

  1. Keyword research & clustering
  2. AI content writing & optimization
  3. Web design using professional templates
  4. On-page meta optimization
  5. Schema markup coding

And I asked them to do all this with minimal user interaction.

The result is a feature we call Agent X, as it is quite literally like having a superhuman agent who does web design and SEO.

With Agent X, you simply:

  • Enter your target keyword data
  • Choose a website template
  • Review the automated keyword clustering
  • Edit clusters if needed
  • Choose your homepage keywords
  • Grab a coffee while Agent X builds your site

That might sound too good to be true, but we recorded the process for you to see how easy it really is.

In this example, my team managed to create a fully optimized and beautifully designed website in just 16 clicks.

That’s about 15 minutes of clicking and sipping coffee to have a fully designed and optimized website. Even if you had a large team of VAs, you wouldn’t get the same work done in under a day.

And it certainly wouldn’t cost you just $25.

Real Results With Agent X

Building a website and claiming that it’s fully optimized is one thing, but we also had to prove that these sites would actually rank.

And that’s where things got very interesting, and I’ll show you a couple of examples.

I created a website with Agent X targeting the competitive keyword “SEO Maui” and built the site on an EMD (seomaui.net).

I registered the domain on April 14, 2025, as you can see in this screenshot:

By May 14, it started ranking on page 1, and by June 4, it was in the #1 position.

Those ranking results are without any backlinks!

Here’s another example of an Agent X site I created live during a presentation at an SEO conference.

This site shot to page one in just a couple of days.

Now, I have to mention here as well that a lot of that success comes down to how I choose keywords and EMDs, and you can learn all about that in the guide to using Xagio’s Niche Hunter

The foundation of every successful SEO project is choosing the best keywords and domains, and when you combine that with Agent X, you’ve got a huge advantage over your competition.

Overall, Agent X beat my wildest expectations, and as of June 2025, Xagio users have built over 1,000 websites with this insanely great tool.

Who Can Benefit From Agent X?

The great thing about Agent X is that it’s the ideal tool for three groups of people; this was a core part of how we designed the tool so that it doesn’t isolate one group of possible users.

1. SEOs

There are two main reasons Agent X is such a great tool for SEOs.

First of all, it creates amazingly designed websites that load fast, work on desktop and mobile platforms, and are visually optimized for higher click-through rates.

While there are SEOs who are pretty good at web design, in my experience, most of them are not specialized in this area.

Secondly, Agent X automates all the important SEO tasks from keyword research to on-page optimizations and even schema design.

Yes, you might have the skills to do those manually, but having a tool that does all of that in minutes, rather than days or weeks, is a huge benefit.

2. Web Designers

I’ve worked with many web designers over the years and know how unbelievably creative these people are. But that creativity and the constantly changing technical and design landscape of websites mean that they have to be laser-focused on the design aspects.

As a result, it can be challenging for web designers to keep up with the SEO world; in many cases, they simply outsource the SEO tasks to agencies at pretty high costs.

Agent X solves that problem and also makes the initial design of a business website a hell of a lot easier.

In about 15 minutes, you can have a beautifully designed website with all the on-page optimization done.

It saves a ton of design work and means you don’t have to outsource most of the technical SEO tasks.

3. Business Owners

Some businesses hire SEO and/or web design agencies to build and maintain their site, while others might even hire someone to take care of the website in-house.

In either situation, Agent X allows small business owners to create their own website at a fraction of the cost and without having to acquire expert knowledge of web design and SEO.

Whether you’ve got a small startup business or simply neglected building out a web presence, Agent X is the perfect solution to get your website up and running fast and efficiently.

Get Started With Agent X

Agent X combines everything you need to build a website, from keyword research to design and on-page SEO.

Instead of jumping between different tools and tasks, you can now manage the whole process in one place.

It’s a helpful option for SEOs, designers, and business owners who want to save time without cutting corners.

You still have control over key decisions, but the repetitive work is handled for you.

The goal is to make building optimized, good-looking websites faster and easier.

If that sounds useful, Agent X is well worth exploring.
